Over a thousand players, fans, coaches, staff, and local dignitaries came out on the first ever collaboration game between the St Albert Minor Hockey Association and your Devon Xtreme; played at the Performance Arena in St Albert! The first AJHL game in 13 Years was a rousing success with the local(ish) hockey heroes clipping the wings of the Canmore Eagles with a 4-2 victory for their second win in a row with hometown hero and your captain Xander Schulte scoring the Game Winning Goal.
Newly elected Mayor Scott Oliveri was on-hand for the ceremonial puck drop and the 1st intermission featured a mini-game with SAMHA’s U9 Wolves!
